1. Shipping Overview
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Schindler Films. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed within 5 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

• Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate / Free on orders over $150

• Express Shipping: $20 flat rate 1-3 business days] 

4. International Shipping
We do not offer shipping to countries outside od f Australia and recommend our customers utilise our download service.

• For customers determined to acquire a DVD or USB card then Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Schindler Films  is not responsible for these charges. 

5. Delivery Issues & Tracking

• If you haven't received your order within 7] days of placing your order please contact us at info@schindler.com.au with your name and delivery address.

• Schindler Films is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
