Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging. 

  • Change of Mind: We offer exchange/store credit only for change of mind.

  • Faulty Items: Under Australian Consumer Law, if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. 

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: We will cover shipping costs for faulty items or if we sent the wrong item.

  • Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

3. Return Process

 4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
